Documentary  TV-PG

In the ultimate test of mind over matter, ten unlikely runners living with or affected by mental health issues train for the London Marathon, one of the world’s most famous endurance races. The two-part documentary OVERCOMING DEPRESSION: MIND OVER MARATHON follows these individuals for six months, as they balance intensive training with their anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Britain’s young royals, Prince William, Prince Harry and Kate, The Duchess of Cambridge, have made it their collective mission to open the conversation around mental health, and they play key roles in supporting the runners on their journey to the finish line.
